Course Description
This module includes a review of cardiac anatomy and physiology, coronary arteries, risk factors, history taking, types of infarcts and assessment tips for the patient with chest pain. Basic ECG interpretation is also covered with examples of abnormal ECG findings. The author relates real life experiences at the bedside to the underlying physiology to promote the development critical thinking skills.
